Our company completed the construction of a new industrial hall, including an administrative extension, for the company MONTS s.r.o. in Hradec Králové.
Apart from the hall and the administrative sections, part of the work completed by our company also included the construction of roads on the premises, asphalt paving, the relocation of tracks/network hook-ups, and the construction of an outdoor stationary crane and railway tracks.
The project was unique in that both the administrative area and the hall were designed according to the Passive House Standard.
Construction was completed in accordance with the contractual work schedule and it took 13 months to finish.

The company RONELI SE successfully completed the construction-related commission, “Reconstruction of the Nuselská Primary School in Havlíčkův Brod”. This commission entailed the renovation of the 5th floor and the reconstruction of several existing classrooms on the 4th floor of the school.
Thus the school received a new digital planetarium, a natural sciences classroom, and a multifunctional classroom with a 2D projector. Part of the original floor plan of the roof was turned into an outdoor study area, part of which includes a greenhouse and space for watching the stars.
All the work was completed while school was in session, and in combination with the character of the commission, great emphasis was placed on, among other things, the safety not only of our employees but primarily the safety of the children and the employees of the school.

Our company completed the construction of a new central pavilion for the Primary School in Opatovice nad Labem. The central pavilion connects the 4 existing school buildings, creating a single primary entrance onto the grounds. Central lockers were built for the students on the first floor, and four new basic classrooms and one language skills lab were built on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Thus, operationally speaking, the central pavilion became the traffic heart of the school. The fact that it includes barrier-free access goes without saying. This commission took 11 months to finish.

Our company completed the construction of a new hall for the vocational training centre in Pilsen. The hall serves as a practical learning area for the SOU students, and the commission for this project was made by the school. The hall and its steel construction were designed as a single object segmented into four learning spaces with utility and sanitary facilities. The entire building is lit by 48 skylights.

Our company has successfully completed the “Reconstruction of the catering facility and roof cladding” at DRISSEN Czech s.r.o. in Pilsen. The part of the contract entrusted to our company included a complete reconstruction of the interior of the catering facility, the delivery of the kitchen equipment and the reconstruction of 5000 m2 of the roof cladding of the production hall.

The building, designed as a single-storey steel structure clad in sandwich panels and with a saddle roof will be used for the development and testing of new products. Besides the furnace, the hall also features a two-storey block housing a control room, changing rooms with sanitary facilities, and a training room. About 1500 m2 of new paved areas have been built around the test centre. The project was completed in four months, with most of the work having been done in winter.

This was a contract for the construction of a new two-bay production hall with a total usable area of 2376 m2, connected to the existing office building. The building is used for the production of fire shutters and smoke barriers. The western bay is single-storey and the eastern bay is partly two-storey, with an office block and a surface treatment line. The construction project was completed in five months.

The comprehensive reconstruction of the laboratories of Philip Morris ČR a.s. in Kutná Hora included the replacement of all installations and the realisation of new surface finishes and assemblies. Our company is currently implementing the construction of an office building, including an enhancement of the transformer station and a repair of the central station system in Pilsen. This contract is undertaken for Driessen Czech s.r.o., a multinational company.
The structure is designed as a mirror image of the existing office part of a hall erected within Stage II of the construction, with the dimensions of 23x12.5 m and two floors in the western part, finished with a three-storey glazed tower.

Our company has performed an on-schedule completion of the extension of the Charvát CTS a.s. welding factory in Okřínek near Poděbrady, as per the Contract for Work. The construction of a new production factory with office premises and the renovation of the existing building worth CZK 18.5 million were completed in a mere 110 days. The production factory, with an area of 910 m2, will be used as a welding site for the production of engineering products.

Construction of new facilities will serve as a warehouse outlet for Primátor Brewery products. The warehouse layout is separated into three sections with a total area of 2459 m2 - warehouse, connected to canopy covering part of the loading area and administrative two floor addition with sanitary facilities. The administrative addition on the ground floor has a vestibule, office with a store, sanitary facilities, 2nd above ground level employee area. Building is designed with dominant gabion support walls from two sides. Furthermore, around the building are paved areas, landscaping and fences.

This project contracted by the Secondary School of Civil Engineering in Havlíčkův Brod included the addition of a specialised classroom for practical instruction, including an adjoining two-storey building providing the necessary auxiliary workshop facilities, and the connection of the annex to the existing school building and the gym. New classrooms, sanitary facilities and changing rooms were constructed in the annex building, the paved areas of which are connected to the technical and transport infrastructure.

Largest Czech company in the tobacco industry focused on production and distribution planned to place a new production line in the existing warehouse premises. Our objective was to build a 2 264 m2 production area within the existing warehouse premises, which until now were used to store finished products. The coordination of all technological units was fundamental. New distributions to technological equipment of the buildings were installed not only in the production area, but also in the air conditioned finished products warehouse and the sanitary facilities addition. All the work was performed without disrupting continuous client operations.
