Loft apartments

This project involved the completion of loft apartments on Preslova Street in the Nový Smíchov metropolitan district in Prague. Five premium loft apartments were built in an attractive district of Prague, in the immediate vicinity of the Anděl shopping centre.

Office building – ONTEX CZ, s. r. o.

Group of contracts: Office building, structural changes; redevelopment of a former dining room

For Ontex CZ s.r.o., a long-term customer of ours, a new three-storey office building was erected and structural modifications were made to the existing office building. The work on the new building included the construction of a meal delivery facility for employees on the ground floor and office space on the first and second floors.

Construction of the Biltmore Hotel

Our company was part of a consortium building the new Biltmore Hotel in Tbilisi (Georgia), which became a part of the large worldwide Millennium Hotels network. The scope of our work included comprehensive electrical installations, building installations, air conditioning, cooling and the fire protection system. The total financial volume of the contract was CZK 290 million.

Storage and production warehouse - ONTEX CZ, s. r. o.

This is a construction of new warehousing facility with a steel bearing structure jacketed by PUR panels. Warehousing facility is connected to the existing production factory 80, which has 2 additions put in, workshop and office. The existing factory had floor repairs performed for placing new production lines and to open up the space into the bowels of the connected facilities.

Construction modifications to the production factory 100 included addition of A/C units, distribution of building technologies and minor construction work including sheet rock structures, filling of openings and locksmith elements.

Apartment building - Desenská

New residential building in Prague 9 for a private developer, including six apartments, a shared garage in the basement, and roof terraces. Brick building with a thermal insulation system, wooden Euro windows, a glazed lift shaft, and glass railings.
